Come & See Retreat

The Vocation Office is hosting a retreat for young men ages 18+ who are discerning a vocation to the priesthood. This “Come & See” retreat will be held at St. Joseph Seminary in Yonkers, NY, beginning the evening of Fri, Oct 9, and concluding midday on Sun, Oct 11.

During this retreat, there will be Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, helpful talks on vocational discernment, time for recreation and fellowship, and meaningful conversation with priests and seminarians. It will give you a glimpse of seminary life, and will provide time to prayerfully reflect and ask questions. It is a great way to seek clarity as you pray about where God may be calling you.

Due to limited capacity, we are asking young men interested in this retreat to fill out the brief questionnaire below. You may receive a brief phone call from the Vocation Director to discuss your answers. The Vocation Office will let you know promptly if they are able to offer you a spot on this retreat. The last day to fill out the questionnaire is Oct 2, but sooner is better if you want to secure a spot.

Please answer the prompts below as honestly as possible. You do not need to be certain you want to enter seminary to attend this retreat. We just want to see an authentic desire to discern.
